The First Autism Culture Festival of Children with Autism Syndrome has been organized in Azerbaijan for the first time. The event was organized by the “Happy Future of Children” Public Union, “Joint and Health” Public Union and “Umid var” charity volunteers with the support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation. At the festival, children with autism syndrome demonstrated their skills as a model on the podium.
They presented a collection of works from Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva. The collection prepared by fashion designer Zemfira Musayeva demonstrated 10 children at the Joint and Healthy Community Rehabilitation Center. Fashion show is of great importance in terms of integration, socialization of children who are waiting for understanding, love, care and mercy. The festival, which is of great importance in terms of socialization and integration of children with autism, is also an enlightenment character. During the event, guests were asked “What is Autism?” short films, social media clips, clips and booklets were distributed to answer the question.
